Refund policy
We hope you will love your Clinger as much as we love creating them but if something doesn’t seem right, please contact us via our website within 14 days of delivery.
We’ll see if we can resolve the issue and will arrange a return if there has been a manufacturing fault.
Unfortunately we cannot refund the cost of shipping and you will need to cover the return and re-delivery cost.
As part of our commitment to sustainability, we also offer free repairs within the first year of your Clinger’s life. This includes mending things like broken seams and zips. Please get in touch to see if your Clinger qualifies. You’ll just need to cover the cost of shipping and we’ll sort the rest!
